B&S XR series 3.5 hp horizontal shaft motor.
Just received. This motor will be used by Cambridge HS students in a student built aluminum car to be run at ROAD AMERICA, Wisconsin. The test car will be piloted by a student and will be an endurance run.the gas tank will be changed to a minimal approved tank. The car will have to travel a predetermined distance on the minimal fuel amount determined by the governing body. The team is 4 individuals, all designing, building and engineering this vehicle on their time, with sponsorship donations. One student is picked as the driver. I purchased and donated this motor to the school group. THANK YOU.
