Shipping Information
We ship orders Monday through Friday using USPS, UPS, and UPS SurePost.
If you need expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) or additional services such as signature confirmation, please contact us before placing your order. Not all items qualify for expedited delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply for:

Oversized or heavy items (mower decks, large blade quantities, etc.)

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico

Orders requiring multiple boxes or freight service
If additional charges apply, we will contact you by email or phone for approval before processing. We do not store payment information for automatic charges — you will approve and submit payment separately.
Standard Ground Shipping (Best Way)
“Shipping & Handling – Best Way” means we select the most efficient carrier to deliver your order safely and quickly.
If you prefer a specific carrier, please note it in the comment section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Ground Shipping Rates (48 Contiguous States)
$0.01 – $5.00 → $6.95
$5.01 – $15.00 → $12.95
$15.01 – $30.00 → $14.95
$30.01 – $60.00 → $16.95
$60.01 – $100.00 → $19.95
$100.01 & Up → $25.00
Orders may require additional freight charges depending on size and weight. If so, we will contact you before shipping.
Some shipments may be calculated using actual weight and selected shipping service (such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air).
If your order ships in multiple boxes or separate shipments (for example, if one item is temporarily out of stock), the full shipping charge will be applied when the first package ships.
Processing & Delivery Times
Shipping estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. holidays.
In-stock items at our location typically ship within 1–3 business days.
If parts must be ordered from the manufacturer:

Standard factory orders typically ship within 3–12 business days.

Factory drop-ship items (in stock at the manufacturer) typically ship within 1–3 business days.

If a part is on factory backorder, we will notify you. You may cancel the item as long as it has not already shipped to us.
If you cancel after the part has shipped to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Return Policy
We want you to receive the correct part the first time.
Returns must:

Be approved in advance
-
Be requested within 30 days of delivery

Include all original packaging, bags, labels, tags, and paperwork
- Not be used or opened
Please email orders@mowpart.com for return authorization.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
A 25% restocking/processing fee may apply to approved returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. We immediately route orders to the warehouse best positioned to ship quickly and efficiently. Approved returns must be sent to our Royse City, Texas warehouse. Refunds are issued for parts only — not shipping.

Please Verify Before Ordering
Manufacturers frequently supersede part numbers. Ordering the wrong part is costly and time-consuming for everyone.
Please confirm your model and serial number before ordering. If you are unsure, our knowledgeable staff is happy to help you find the correct OEM or approved replacement part.
If an incorrect part is ordered due to missing or inaccurate model/serial information, all applicable restocking and shipping fees will apply.
Expedited Orders
Expedited shipping orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday.
