Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday via USPS, FedEx, FedEx Smart Post, UPS, and UPS SurePost service unless another method is preferred. You must contact us if you want expedited shipping or additional services like signature confirmation. Not all items are available for next day or second-day delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply to any orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping & Handling (Best Way - Standard Ground) means that we select the appropriate carrier to deliver the order to your shipping address. If you have a preferred carrier please note it in the comment section at the time you place the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping rates are calculated by dollar amount of the order. Our current ground shipping rates to the 48 contiguous states are:

Shipping dates are based on business days Monday through Friday (not calendar days), excluding the following U.S. holidays:

*Additional charges will apply for oversized or heavy items, such as mower decks, large quanities of blades etc... You will be notified via email of any additional charges that need to be paid prior to shipping. We do not retain your payment information to automatically charge you. You will either need to approve or deny the charges and submit a seperate payment.

* SOME ORDERS MAY BE calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the type of shipping service that you choose (ie. 2nd-day air, or next day air). Shipping charges will be applied to all orders placed at If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped.

Below are estimated days to ship out of stock items by the brand/manufacturer. Out of stock multi-brand orders must be combined at our central shipping location in Royse City, Texas and will be delayed by the brand that ships the item last. for example: If you order an AYP part and an Ariens part the order will not ship until the last part arrives at our Dallas facility. (see chart below)

If we have stock in our main warehouse in Royse City, TX a quantity will display. If a number is not displayed then that means the item is located in an outside warehouse. Not to worry, we have over 21 warehouses across the United States that stock our products. If your order contains an item not located in our main warehouse we can pull the product from the closest warehouse with stock available. This usually only delays your order by 2-3 business days. If we are unable to allocate the part in any of our warehouses you will be notified via email. 



Returns must have prior approval and made within 30 days of purchase. Call customer service or email orders@mowpart to return a part.

After 30 days all sales are final. reserves the right to charge a 25% restock/processing fee on returned parts. No refund on shipping charges. All bags, tags, labels or paperwork associated with the part(s) must be included with the return.

Orders cannot be canceled. Once an order is submitted we choose the warehouse that can complete your order and ship it from that location. This allows us to reduce shipping time and cost. When you receive it you must return it to our Royse City, Texas warehouse and once notified of the return package your account will be credited for the returned parts only not shipping. 

Please confirm part numbers before you order them. Our staff is eager to help find the right part the first time if you have a concern please call us.  Manufacturers constantly supersede part numbers to new part numbers. Ordering incorrect part numbers is extremely costly and time consuming for both of us. If you do not have a valid model and serial number to your unit or your unit is not listed in our parts diagram lists is not responsible for incorrect parts ordered and all fees apply.

NO returns on electrical parts, rubber parts, seals, gaskets, decals/stickers, glass. We are also unable to accept returns on Toro and Scag Recycler or Mulch kits.

Expedited shipping orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday. Refunds on shipping for the delay will be applied. UPS or FedEx do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays in all areas in the US.
