You can view the status of your order, obtain the tracking number and print a copy of the invoice anytime online with or without creating an account. Click the order status tab in the top left side of the page. You will need the order number, the email address used to place the order and the billing zip code to access the order information.
We have partnered with over 21 warehouses across the United States to be able to allocate, ship and fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If we have stock in our main warehouse the quantity in stock will display. If a number is not displayed then that means the item is in an outside warehouse. This usually only delays your order by 2-4 business days. If we are unable to allocate the part in any of our warehouses you will be notified via email.
No. Once and order is submitted we cannot "reopen" it and add products to it. You can place an additional order online and in the comment section at checkout write "Ship with order # 10000000". If your previous order has not already shipped or been processed we will combine the two orders in one shipment and refund the difference in shipping on your new order.
Purchasing the correct replacement part number is crucial. Ordering the incorrect item can cost you time and money. We have thousands of free parts diagrams listed on our website to help you look up the correct part number. Click the "Part Lookup" tab at the top of the page to search for the correct part number. You will need the model and serial number of the equipment to perform the search. If you need assistance please call our parts lookup department at 877-306-3708 select option 2.
Please refer to the Order Status tab or check your email. All cancellation and hold notes are sent to you via email and posted to the order. The part you ordered may be discontinued, out of stock, on backorder or we might have an issue with the shipping address that was provided to us. When an order is placed on Hold we need additional information or approval from you to continue with the order.
