Product Description

Pair of 16" Tire Chains for 2-stage snowblowers. Our tire chains give you an advantage over the elements. They supply the extra traction needed for ice, packed snow, deep snow and uneven surfaces. Our 2-link spacing design provides substantially more surface contact, providing the best possible traction in tough conditions. These chains are easy to install chains and a must-have for any two stage snowblower and specifically designed to ensure you get the best performance from your Toro. 

This kit includes:

 Installing the Chain

1. Block up the rear of the snowthrower frame so that the wheels are off the ground.
2. Remove the pins that secure the wheels to the axles and remove the wheels.
3. Lay the chains out flat with the locking link to the outside.
4. Wrap the tire chains around the tires, hooking the inside links and locking the outside links.(Note: For easier installation and better tractionperformance, insert the chain links in between the tire lugs as best as possible.)
5. Pinch the inside links closed.
6. Slide the wheels onto the axles and secure them with the pins previously removed.
7. Attach the clip to the side of the machine with the screw provided to prevent the cable from catching on the tire chains 
8. Check that the chains are tight after use.
