Product Availability:

If we have stock in our main warehouse in Royse City, TX a quantity will display beneath the description.
If a number is not displayed then that means the item is located in an outside warehouse. Not to worry, we have over 21 warehouses across the United States that stock these products. If your order contains an item not located in our main warehouse we can transfer the product from the closest warehouse with stock available. This usually only delays your order by 2-4 business days. If we are unable to allocate the part in any of our warehouses you will be notified via email.

Damaged products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. If the original packaging received is thrown away we cannot file a claim with the carrier. With no packaging to show the damages during transit it's your word against theirs.Inspect your order upon receipt and report any damages within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours. * reserves the right to charge 25% restock/processing fee. Your order is processed through PayPal Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Credit cards/PayPal payments maybe used. Once your order has passed review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipping.

NOTE - All orders submitted to are paid in full before orders parts from our suppliers. In the case of a back ordered Items you will be notified promptly and it is your responsibility to confirm waiting or canceling back ordered Items.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located through out the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse(s). Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items and 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes longer, for Items that are not in stock, are on Back Order, or for special order parts. Our Goal is to process all orders and Ship them the same day they arrive.

No Next day air on orders placed on Friday. You will not receive them on Sat.
All next day air orders must be placed by 12:00 P.M. Monday - Thursday CST. All next day air orders placed after 12:00 P.M. Mon.-Thurs. will be placed on the following business day except Friday. You will not be credited for shipping for the one-day delay. 12:00 is our cut off time so 12:00 is your cut off time. Call to check on stock prior to placing next day air and 2nd day air orders
Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Orders placed Mon. - Thurs. will be processed in the order they are received and may not be shipped until the following business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 P.M. CST will not be processed until the following business day. Our business hours for customer service are 8a.m. to 4:30 p.m. central. Mon.-Fri. Closed Sat. and Sun. You may place orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week online.
Actual freight applies to all orders. We have compared UPS and Federal Express rates and they are so close that we use the UPS rate chart. Some of our warehouses use UPS and some use Fedex. Depends on where we can locate stock for your order as to how the order will be shipped.


Most OEM parts such as Toro, Scag, Echo, Ferris, etc. take 2 to 5 business days to arrive in stock as stated above and then ships them from our location to yours. Some companies do not ship direct to you. OEM parts must be purchased from a certified OEM dealer. is a certified dealer for OEM brands listed at If OEM parts are ordered along with aftermarket parts the Parts may be shipped from multiple locations. OEM parts are shipped from Our Location and the aftermarket parts are shipped from our warehouses located nationwide. If you chose Next day or 2nd day as your shipping method you will not receive OEM parts in the allotted time frame
Items with 0.00 costs will not be processed. If you are modifying an existing part. Or if you are building your own machine we cannot help you. All parts listed on are replacement parts for valid model & serial number units only and we do not guarantee or warranty any parts purchased for the sole use of personal projects. Check all Parts as soon as they are received from for quality. Check all blade part numbers to the packing list and packing list to the initial order that you placed before you mount them on your machine. Once mounted on machine (Blades are non-refundable.) check to assure the clearance. Make sure the blades do not touch each other. or any of it employees and or associates are not responsible for damages that occur when using incorrect parts. If you ordered incorrect parts please see return policy. or any of it employees and or associates are not responsible for damages from Part/Parts installed by non certified mechanics.


If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel an order there may be a 25% restock/processing fee charged. This will be charged for all parts on your order that are not stocked at our location. When we place our daily orders with our suppliers they are prepared and loaded for transport within moments of being received. We do not guarantee all parts in stock.
